It was a great pleasure attending RAFE New York’s elegant event at the Raffles Makati hotel on my recent trip to the Phillipines, where they showcased their latest line of incredible handbags and clutches, which uses natures finest mother of pearl.
Stunning Mother of Pearl Clutches, Bilbao.
It was an intimate, well-dressed crowd of wonderful people, and the collection was absolutely breathtaking!
If you aren’t familiar, RAFE New York is a luxury accessories brand, owned and designed by Philippine born, New York based designer, Rafe Totengco — and one you absolutely must check out. Every woman should own one of these glamorous pieces, so treat yourself! The clutches also make incredible gifts, if there’s a special someone in your life you’re looking to spoil as the holidays approach.
Our personal favorite – Alicia Kiss Me Clutch
RAFE New York, which was founded in 1997, is rooted in fashion and inspired by art and architecture. Mr. Totengco designs for the classic woman who chooses the road less traveled, and this aesthetic is highly visible in the beautiful, visionary handbags and clutches he creates.
Not only was I able to “ooh and ahh” over the incredible pieces on display, but I also got to meet some wonderful new people, enjoy delicious Moorish nibbles, and sip on delightful bubbles all evening long! A night well spent, indeed.
So, be sure to check out RAFE New York’s collection, these bags are truly to die for!
