As much as we love to eat out and indulge in holiday treats this time of year, it is important to remember that personal health and wellbeing also deserves some attention. Many factors come to play, but a major one is the quality of food we decide to put into our bodies on a day-to-day basis.
Never will I ever be an advocate for depriving oneself of culinary delights, but there are a few things we can all do to improve overall wellness, while still enjoying a fun, happy, delicious and nutritious lifestyle.
I am a gal who lives in the city that literally never sleeps, and admittedly survive on dining around at new restaurants, experimenting with enticing recipes or satisfying my palate with tasty takeout on the regs.
