During these recent years, the modernization in the Philippines took another step up. New establishments were built, and the technology utilized by the companies are well-improved, helping us create a more cost-efficient corporate world. There is, however, an underlying problem. Whenever there are plans for building a resort or a park in any area in the country, environmentalists would immediately be concerned. The reason behind this is that for every structure that is made, the process tends to take a toll on the environment. Trees are cut down without plans for restoration, the clean waters are compromised, and the safety of the people in the community is ignored. Still, some resorts have the capability to help its guests have fun without giving harm to the environment. One of them is the Davao Pearl Farm Beach Resort, which has been able to balance these two factors all these years: modernization and comfort.
The Pearl Farm Beach Resort is located in Samal Island in Davao, its surrounding environment visible like a perfect paradise. The resort is excellent in its preparation whenever they are expecting a guest’s arrival. Always a proper welcome is in order. The tropical trees, white sands, and refreshing drinks complete the perfect picture of comfort and relaxation.
The structures of the nearby buildings would amaze everyone who would set their eyes on it. They are well-built, and their color tones certainly fit the tropical vibe of the island. As the are led towards their rooms, several types of facilities and stilt houses may be seen. The Malipano Villas’ eye-catching structures highlighted by white roofs seem to complement the white sands of the beach. Even the furniture in the interiors are filled with earth colors, and an open view of the turquoise waters amplifies the experience.
The Mandaya House is one of the best features of the Davao Pearl Farm Beach Resort. Different varieties of plants and trees surround the area, making it look like a house inside a delightful garden. There are benches outside where guests could sit and enjoy the wonders of nature, and the house itself has the exterior of a nipa hut cottage with a very simplistic and traditional design. Once you step inside the house, you would notice how well the room has been furnished. Its interior has two beds and comfortable sheets, and the harmony of the colors sends off a tropical atmosphere. Handmade crafts may be seen all over, including the bedding, the curtain, and an all-wood ceiling fan. The wardrobe has amazing bathrobes, which you could use whenever you want, and the bathroom itself has complete amenities and toiletries. Room slippers are provided for comfort, Wi-Fi access is totally free, and an electronic safe will be available for use to satisfy every guest’s sense of security. The resort also has a great cable TV with several channels to choose from, enough to serve as a good form of entertainment.
Even with the modernity of their facilities, Davao Pearl Farm Beach Resort still managed to conserve the environment surrounding their place. An ocean view could actually be seen from the rooms. The calm, turquoise waters are very clean, and its serene atmosphere helps the guests give appreciation both to nature and modern living.
Joseph Durano, the former secretary of the Department of Tourism, hailed the resort as a “paradise on earth” and people seemed to agree with him since countless of foreigners have now expressed their delight in their experiences at the resort.
It is true that Davao Pearl Farm Beach Resort offers a way for people to escape their lives in the cities and to appreciate the beauty of nature. But that’s not the only thing. While letting the guests enjoy the soothing nature of the island, Davao Pearl Farm Beach Resort also offers them a luxurious lifestyle with comfort and security.
